Reorganise Trait option without needing to chase pack members

The only issue I've got with it is that, if you have "Pack life" or "Pack leader" (or both!) selected, you can't modify your other traits without chasing a bunch of wolves. Would it be possible to introduce a system that lets you change your selected traits without totally resetting them? I'd like to try some other traits out but I don't want to lose 10 of my wolves to do it.	Torchi 🔥 #27938
