basically a toggle to allot stats based on the pack role. If you set it like that you can choose between the one they have the most experience in or what you have them as currently. Like let's say you have a stalker (the wolf in a hunt team might not be the best choice of term maybe tracker?) anyways you have that and they are experienced a bit but not well statted for it. It was the only wolf in your pack to take the job for whatever reason. You could toggle it to make it so your automatic stat distribution matches the task. They have to either have more experience in the role or are currently in the role for you to tick it... 		Wulfraptor
