hi, I'm WsTGand if you are reading this, you either want to adopt a pup from outside the encave but aren't sure where, have pups you want to rehome, or maybe are an adoption center looking for like minded people to help you? At link that's what we do! We are a group dedicated to adopting out pups (and raising and chasing who we cant!) We have contest and raffles often (one recent contest had a 25GC + RMA prize for 1st place!). It is an application, but only to make sure a potential adopters' packs are well enough for a new pup!
