Hello! I have a question; do you know if there's any way to make a wolf 'unbreedable'? I have a few pups that I would like to sell, however my pack is very story-based and I would prefer that there next owner doesn't give them pups as it might make the family tree look more cluttered.

Also, jupitercrash 。゚❁ུ۪ I like you're pack; it looks very nice and all you're wolves seem to fit a theme! Have a good day; if you don't have an answer then it's okay if you don't answer me.

@sweet hi! the short answer is that there is no in-game mechanic to make your wolf physically unbreedable. however, there are a few things you could do:

1. make a sales forum post for selling the wolves, and specify that you'd like their adopter to not breed them. however, the wolf is theirs to do as they please as soon as they get them- so if they decide to ignore your request, it's best you don't confront them and block them instead.
2. host the wolf as a traveling wolf and make them unbreedable. you won't make money from the wolves, but this is a good option lore wise.

and, thank you so much for your kind compliment!

Hellooo, I've been reading a bit about immortal wolves and how it works and all, but how do I buy a immortal slot...
I've read like 3 posts about it but none mentioned how to buy slots?

@uva hi, it's on your den page! just scroll down to the bottom, the same place where you build caves. there, you can pay for a slot :-)

@elizabeth go to their den page (the place where their wolves are, not their profile) and a gift menu should be at the top!

Hey! I have a question about inbreeding. I want to breed for better stats, so I've been getting new higher stats wolves and when checking their families, some have "chances of inbreeding ". What's the purpose of chances and COI of breeding? I don't want to inbred my new Gen of pups but I don't know the difference between the two. Also, sometimes wolves say 0% of inbreeding yet when I go into their parents/ grandparents, they show inbreeding. How or why does that happen?

@uva so sorry for the late response, i'm a little less active this month. i hope i can still help you :-)

i think you've misread a part of the lineage page. the two indicators of inbreeding are "instances of inbreeding" and "COI." from my understanding, COI is an inbreeding rate often used for dogs, and some people like to measure it.

the "instances of inbreeding" shows a simple number, which is how many times a wolf has been inbred. if your COI is 0%, there should be no inbreeding at all. i'd recommend re-checking that thoroughly, otherwise it could be a glitch!

Thank you for explaining! I submitted a ticket about that wolf in case it's a glitch. I really appreciate your help
