I need large leaves, large rocks, and large logs.

You have to buy territory slots with SC or GC, cave slots don't increase territory. They just give you a way to organize your wolves and prevent disease from spreading if you have a "sick" cave. 		Viviren

In addition to what Viviren said, those items are incredibly expensive right now as a result of the ongoing month-long event. In a few months the prices should drop again.
