Biomes

Is hunting in different biomes easier than in others? Right now my pack is located in the Mountains and it's hard! I have quite decent hunting party and send them to 10 hunts per day and they brought me nice carcass like elk doe maybe once or twice? Will moving to Grasslands or Forest help with that?

Also can I move my pack as many times as I want? Will the quests be more difficult with each next time? 

Hunting gets harder the further away you move from the 3 starter biomes. the 3 starters are the same, only different prey results. And my guess synergy will need to rise a bit more for them ;)

Medium and large scent trails take more out of your hunters.

You can move as often as you like. How many wolves you need to slay before you can move is dependant on your pack size: (Pack / 4) +2, rounded up

Another question: do exploring in biomes other that three starters will get me rarer items and befriendable wolves with higher stats/rarer markings? 

The explore encounters lists what type of items you can get.

Each biome has only certain herbs (if you send your herbalist foraging) and different carcasses.

We are also working on rescouting WIP to see if and what items are rarer.

As far as I know, the NBWs are all  in the same range no matter the biome
