Since she's young and unbred, I would say you could easily get 30+ GC for her, especially if you market as sex-changable. Just make sure not to breed her, since that will lock her in as female. I sold one a few weeks ago for 13 GC + a sex-changer but that was mostly because I was impatient and took the first offer I got.
