Hello!
I'm new to the game and learning a lot as I go, but I have been looking at trying to sell some of my wolves. I don't want to chase them, but can't figure out how to offer them up to someone in a trade :/ There aren't any wolves available when I go to make a trade. Any suggestions or help? 		Arrow

After taking a look at your den, it seems like all of your wolves have a role, are secured or are too young to be sold, that's why none of them shows up in the trading menu.

Pups can be sold after they wean, at 2.5 months.
Secured wolves will never show up in the trade menu until they are unsecured (the securing feature main purpose is exactly that, to avoid sell or chase wolves you really want to keep)
Other adult wolves need to not have a role, not to be pregnant or not to be in a pairbond to be able to be sold on TC.
