Quick Q once more,

I has 2 pups that are 1½ month how long until I can put in CR?

And 3 pups that are 5½ month and 1 pup  3½ months how long does it take till they is adult an can get a rank?

2½ months is when the pups wean and they can be put into a trade.

At 6 months they are adolescents (no longer need protection but still counted as pups)

And they become an adult at 1 year. (Don't forget that each rollover is ½ month.)

So your 1½ pups will be tradable in 2 rollovers,

The 3 5½ months pups will become adults after 13 rollovers, and the 3½ months pup will take 17 rollovers. 

I'm not sure what you mean by rank though. But I hope this helps. :)
