Was Kai ever able to fly before his wings were clipped, or were they clipped before he had a chance to try? Sorry, im not good at explaining things, but what im trying to say is, were his wings clipped before he learned to fly or after?

Nope!! Domestic dragons are bred not to fly, at best they can glide short distances. Kai's wings never even got the chance to properly develop before they were removed

does Aguamenti have a mutation?))
