Her hearing had finally gotten itself straight again, and of course the first thing she heard was,
"You're a demon...?" The girl in front of her seemed shocked.
She looked down, not meeting her gaze. Her father was a demon, and had experienced some pretty severe bullying as a kid. They'd tried their best to keep that away from Himiko, but no one can escape judgement. Not in today's society.
"I..Are you okay? Do I need to call someone for you?"
Himiko still hadn't met her gaze. She knew that she should probably call someone to take her home, but she couldn't speak. She wouldn't be able to tell this girl what to do without touching her, and she didn't really want to do that.
She just stayed silent, running a hand through her hair as she prayed this girl might just give up and leave.

Naomi frowned a little before she signed slowly, 'Do you know sign language?' Her sign language was a little rough, but the sentence could be made out. She didn't seem like she was judging Himiko at all, in fact she seemed more worried about her health.

She was a little surprised to see her signing. Her papa had taught her sign language from birth, since he was also mute, and she was fluent by now.
'Do you know sign language?'
She nodded, still rubbing her temples.
The girl didn't seem to know that Himiko is mute, not deaf.
'Do you need help? Can I call someone?' The girl signed, struggling a bit with some of the more complex signs.
'I can hear you- Just so you know. And I'm fine, just a bit..' She paused in between signs. 'Tired.'
That was a bullshit lie.        Yep.
She looked up at the girl as her eyes finally stopped glowing. She couldn't tell if she'd noticed the different colours, but she was so sick of being judged today that she just decided to flip her off if she commented on it.

Naomi gave her a small nod, "I was just concerned y'know? But are you sure your ok...? I can tell your more than tired.."

She didn't like how easily this girl saw through her, but she was right. Himiko needed to get home. She had never used her powers this much before, and her dad and papa were probably the only ones who might know how to deal with this. She slowly lifted her eyes to meet the girl's. Then she signed without thinking.
'I said I'm fine. It's none of your business, so just fuck off!' She stood up and swayed a bit before brushing herself off.
She went to walk away, but she quickly realised that wasn't the best idea. She stumbled and almost fell after just three steps, just barely catching herself on the coffee table next to the couch.

Naomi frowned, "your not fine..I'm not gonna hurt you are whatever you think. Just let me call you a ride and you won't have to deal with me anymore. Ok?"

She frowned as she propped herself up. She got her stubbornness from her papa, and she wasn't ashamed of it. Her downfall, however, was that she was too stubborn. She stood back up and started walking again, before turning and muttering quietly,
"I can drive myself, thanks." She cast a glare over her shoulder before heading for the door. Though saying that had only caused her more pain, she still didn't regret it.

Naomi frowned a little but she didn't say anything...she just let her go. She slowly got his friends stuff and left the room a little bit after Himiko.

Himiko knew she should have accepted the offer, but she was too prideful, and it was too late to turn back now. She stuck to walking by the walls, trying to avoid bringing attention to herself. Once she got outside, she nearly collapsed. She'd been holding herself together in the building, but she didn't know if she could drive all the way home. With the way she felt right now, it would be comparable to driving drunk.
Regardless, she got in the car. She sat there for a while on the brink of tears as her headache got worse before starting up the engine.

Naomi could be seen heading out of the building a bag on her shoulder. She walked down toward the sidewalk that was in the same direction of Himiko's car. She was bopping her head a little, a ear bud in her ear as she listened to music.
