So... I'm trans/agender (FtNB) and I REALLY dont want breasts..... I made $50 selling some video games and I was shopping for (my first! :D) binder but idk any trustful binders so.. im here! xD I know theres alot of LGBTQA+ members here and I dont know really any other sites I can ask on but yea... Im currently looking on amazon but I would prefer a cheap (say $30 or less?) binder that is safe and works well,,, I wanted to ask for suggestions from other people for where to get mine from..?^^' I would mainly be wearing this at school (cus then my fam wont see it..) and stuff... Im doing some research before buying but yee I need help xD I was also wondering (I know this sounds dumb but im very un-experienced with binders ;_; ) if I should/could wear them to PE also..? (My teacher in that class is homophobic tho but he did almost lose his job for making homophobic comments towards me and other students plus harassing me constantly and miss gendering/dead naming me on purpose--) Again, random questions but... please help me ;_; Thank youuuu!<3 |

There is also Spectrum Outfitters and Underworks. Spectrum Outfitters is based in the UK though If you wanted to wear one for PE, you'd have to go a size or two up. It isn't recommended to work out with a binder though Don't sleep in your binder, don't wear it for more than 9 hours straight, STRETCH YOUR BODY BEFORE AND AFTER wearing your binder, most binders are not machine washable so you will have to handwash and dry it outside or with something that is a low heat. Good luck!!! |

They are also pretty solid and easy to wash by hand I would never recommend working out in a binder but if you really need to then taking a second one in a larger size could maybe work (but not for long work-outs). One of my friends does that for swimming and apparently it works fine for him. I think I may try that this summer. Hope this help! <3 PS: If you buy from GC2B I would advise that you take a "Half", not a "Racerback", apparently the half are a lot more comfortable. I only tried the "half" so I can't confirm but that's what I've heard. (Also the halfs are cheaper) |

If you're going to exercise, never wear a binder. No matter what, it is not safe. The common recommendation for binding while working out is wearing a side smaller sports bra rather than any type of binder. |
