How do I change my wolf leader?

I'm new here, I learned some things out of curiosity but I can't find how to do this
I have my wolf Grim, as a leader, but I want to change it for another one with better stats

It's probably easy to change and I'm getting complicated,
sorry if it's a silly question

On the wolf page, there's a button "Retire". Your lead will die if you confirm. You have to pay 25 to do this.
