Dragons have long been on the Earth even before humans. The lore and myths that surround them are many: from tales of ferocious and carnivorous beasts to graceful and elegant creatures. The Inferno Dragons being the beginning and oldest of all Dragons: know for their love of hoarding shining treasures, humans, and decimating villages. Quite a reputation to live up to. The dragons were despised by most humans who desired to eradicate their kind, but some didn't. Some in secret trained and researched them coming to learn and expand their knowledge on the dragons. Soon dragons were almost extinct, and then something miraculous happened: the first Bond was established; an Enigma Dragon and a little girl. It was agreed by both parties that Dragons and Humans shall forever be Bonded to a Human. This was a way to make sure no wars broke out, and then to learn about these elusive creatures.

The Bond Of A Dragon

The bond between a human and a dragon is one for life--only to be broken by death. Dragons can have many partners in their life as they are immortal in a way, but can die if slain in the right way or poisoned. Humans are only bonded to one dragon in their lifetime and it's rare if ever that they get a second bond. The bond between a dragon and their rider is supposed to be harmonious---each can feel each others' emotions and pain along with talking to each other telepathically. The bond between dragon and rider is scared, not to be broken by any man or other dragon. It is unthinkable to want it gone.

Academy Rules

1. No romance between students is allowed.

2. Take care of your dragon and dragons don't eat your Rider no matter how obnoxious they are

3. Stay on campus property and DO NOT fly without the supervision of a Teacher

4. No eggs may be mishandled and no going inside the Nesting Grounds because you risk angering broody dragonesses.

5. Be on time for Classes. Classes start at 9 a.m. sharp and Dorms are closed at 12 p.m. . Boys and Girls are separated and if any boy is found in a girl's dorm after 12 p.m. there will be repercussions.

Personality:

These dragons are highly aggressive, explosive, and temperamental. They are known for their arrogance and their high and mighty attitude. Maybe because it's they know they're one of its larger species and use it to their advantage. They're highly territorial and enjoy their personal space. When it comes to Riders they can act as if they don't give two shits about them, but in reality, they will maul a bitch about them. And you do not want an angry, large, flaming beast barreling towards you.

Appearance:

These dragons are always fiery in colorations: reds, oranges, yellows, blacks, and any warm colors. They can grow between 18-23 feet in height so they're quite massive in size. They always have assortments of spines, spikes, horns, and more that Riders find fun to decorate. They have the toughest of all dragon scales along with thick hides. They are powerful and muscular in build and have a quite flexible tail and powerful hind legs. They have thickly scaled faces with rows of massive and fearsome teeth that give them such an angry and fierce appearance. Their eyes are equally fearsome in color from being black as night to the brightest amber.

Aqueous Class

Personality:

These dragons are mostly quiet, calm, gentle, and peaceful. They're the largest species of dragons. Aqueous dragons are known for their kind nature and peacefulness which is mirrored by their grace. However, some of these dragons are HIGHLY territorial, especially when it comes to their children and rider. Even the most mild-mannered creature has its breaking point. Whether it's by boiling water or frost and ice breath they will defend those they love and treasure. Also, some may have a taint of vanity due to their beauty as they bear the colors of the sea (more explained in the appearances)

Appearance:

These dragons are known for their variety in color. They can have beautiful and colorful tropical colors or be a stunning deep blue. They are also known for being the biggest of the dragons ranging from 28-34 feet in height. They are also one of the only dragons that have webbing between their feet and the bear fins and dorsal fins and other natural features that helps them move them through the water with fluidity. They have long and slender necks with a face that fits them well which makes them appear more elegant than they already are. They are more adept at eating fish, so they have sharp needle-like claws and teeth which are perfect for ripping and tearing things apart. Their eyes can be any color.

Gale Class

These dragons are playful and highly hyperactive. They love socializing with others and hanging around other dragons (particularly Electric Dragons to create storms with. ) They are very mischievous and prone to misbehave if need be. They love the water and Sky and work well with other dragons. They're team players who make sure to work and play well with others. However, when need be they can be quite mature and stern. They are mostly light-hearted and enjoy being the center of their Rider's life. Keeping a brave face they will not back down when it comes to trouble. They will stand by your side and stay true to you as they're extremely loyal to the bone.

Appearance:

These dragons have more soft pastel-like colors that help them blend in with the Sky. They have the softest and smoothest scales known to dragons. They have a slender and graceful form, but they have enough stickiness to still be able to pack a punch. They have the largest wingspan and are the swiftest dragons in the air. They stand between 10-16 feet so they're the smallest of their brethren but being small gives them the edge. They're also among one of the only dragons that can turn their head 360 degrees and their tail is the most flexible and capable of picking up people and objects if they so choose. They have beautiful horns and spikes with sometimes crystal spikes or even rarer crystal scales. Some dragons even have feathers or fur adorning them to keep them warm due to high altitudes. These dragons also have hooks on the tips of their wings that are quickly formidable if they try and scratch someone. A wing blast from this dragon can knock you out of the air. They have blue, white, or any pastel color of eyes.

Ingot Class

Personality:

These are stubborn sons of bitches. Almost rock-like in their stubbornness, because if they don't want to do something they won't do it. It'll take a lot to change their mind. These are hard-working dragons and are mostly meek and docile, almost yak-like. They don't mean to inflict harm on someone purposely, and if they do hurt someone it's by accident. However, there is a time when they will put that docile nature behind them. They have a guard-like personality when it comes to their Rider. They'll beat the snot out of someone if they find it appropriate. Also, they love belly rubs. 

Appearance:

These boys are mostly brow scale with some black dragons in their group. They have the roughest skin know to dragon kind. Their scales are also unique as it can often be actual rock making them up. They are large, stocky, and powerful in build. They have a bulky and cumbersome appearance but make no mistake they can move swiftly and vigorously if needed to save a loved one. They also have tons of ridges and bumps along their skin. Their tail is long and holds some sort of rocky formation. Their tail can be the shape of an ax, a sword, or anything good or usable to club someone. They stand at 20-27 feet of height so bigger than an Inferno Class and a tad bit smaller than the Earth Class. They have mostly brown eye color but there may be a couple with blue or green eyes.

Stryke Class

Personality:

Highly combative dragons, these dragons don't back down from a fight much like Inferno Dragons. These dragons are another one who has a sense of vanity. They're extremely shiny and have sharp wings and skin, so they value their appearance. These dragons have a bit of haughtiness to them and love being adored and pampered by their rider, and if they're not they'll throw fits as well. They're highly protective of their Riders, and if you hurt them then expect them to not be a happy dragon and send their bladed tail your way. These dragons are easily distracted by shiny things and fire. They are also highly intelligent.

Appearance:

These dragons have more radiant colors so golds, silvers, whites, and any color of precious jewels. These are the only dragons with metal for armor instead of scales. They can be smooth metal scales like chain mail or chunky metal plates. This makes them heavier than they actually are. They have the thinnest wings, but they're razor-sharp and can slice through trees easily. They are also one of the only other species that can have stingers ( but they don't have poison. They just inflict terrible pain.). Their tails are also razor-sharp and can slice through trees, rocks, and any other hard formation much like their wings. They also are known to cut down trees and use their wings to cover the fire to keep themselves warm in almost like an oven. Are medium-sized at 18-22 feet.

Electric Class

Personality:

Hyper is the main trait of these dragons. Maybe it's because they're jacked up on the electric currents. They are very noble and if you save one then they'll follow you until they've paid that life debt back. These dragons are highly playful like Gale Dragons and very mischievous. They like being alone, however, but they enjoy the company of their rider and an Air Dragon. These dragons have a bit of spunky and sassy attitude as well, and they are drawn to metals and anything with a shimmer.

Appearance:

These dragons love storms so they have stormy colored scales so greys, dark blues, yellows, and blacks. They have many spikes and tough scales to be able to let the currents of electricity run through them. They along with the Gale Class, Stryke Class, and Toll Class have the larger wingspans ( with Gale Class having the Largest). These dragons have prickly skin and a deadly barbed tail that can easily slice through something. They can stand between 18-21 feet so of a larger size, but they still have agility and leeway with speed. They are quite speedy but not as quick as Gale Class, and along with Gale Class, they have a larger lung capacity. They mostly have stormy and fiercesome eyes. They also can have many horns, spikes, etc.

Light Class

An extremely rare type of dragon, and one with a reputation for being just and fair. Their natural rivalry with dark dragons is legendary, and the biggest source of draconic conflict in the world today. The plasma orbs created in their breath explode after a certain period of time, or after coming into contact with a solid surface, creating blinding flashes of light. These dragons are completely blind, which means that they are not affected by their own attacks. To compensate for their lack of sight, the rest of their senses are heightened, and they navigate by a combination of scent and sound. Their scales can also glow as bright or dim as they wish. These dragons are very intelligent, mysterious, and elusive. Their scales are pure (whites, golds, and yellows)

Wish Class

RARE

Often believed to be a myth; nobody has seen a Wish dragon in centuries. They are also known as luck dragons, as they are thought to bring good fortune to their allies, and can grant wishes to other sentient beings. It is now believed that there is only one wish dragon left, who watches over the land and gifts good fortune to those deserving. They grant only 16 wishes to their rider, and they must be good and selfless wishes. However, these dragons can be forced to perform bad and cruel wishes but at a high price. They are stripped of power, and in 48 hours their scales will harden and lose color until they become a stone statue. Their scales are said to be iridescent and shine with many colors. While their scales are pretty they're terribly fragile ( like glass ) as are their wings. They have no fire so they rely on extremely sharp teeth, spikes, and crystal claws which can pierce through the toughest of dragon scales.

Soul Class

RARE

The ancestors of the nature dragons. Known as the dragons of life, these creatures can heal and protect other living creatures should they choose to. Their healing ability extends to almost any ailment, with more deadly wounds taking longer to heal. They can also bless one other dragon with increased vitality and endurance for a brief amount of time each day. There are rumors that these dragons can bring the recently deceased back to life - true life - under special circumstances. They feel the pain they take away, and it causes them to go to sleep for periods of time but it depends on the severity of the wound. Also to raise one from the dead their own soul/life is needed so they'll ultimately die. Also if they bless a dragon for an extended period of time their attacks are weakened.

Appearance:

This female is of a petite stature and only stands at 4'10 and weighs in at 115 pounds. Her frame is very athletic and bears some muscular undertone to it. You can see well-defined muscles in her arms, and maybe it's due being the daughter of a carpenter and metalworker. Her hair is raven in color and is long, and has a wavy and silky texture to it. It's highly versatile in styling and strong which makes it hard to deal with and mange. Being extremely thick in texture, it can tend to grow wet with sweat if she's working to her full capacity. So she usually wears it up or in a style that isn't around her neck.

Her face is round and soft in appearance with big cheeks that are dusted slightly with freckles, and has two large dimples when she smiles. Her eyes are a olive green in color with the slightest hint of blue in them. They are highly expressive: growing wide and big with excitement or fear, growing cold with anger, or they can express confusion or frustration. She has two thick raven colored eye brows that can , if not groomed , become a unibrow. Her skin can be described as a sun kissed copper with some sections being darker than others. Her lips are small and full. They are a light pink color.

Her body is more of a pear-shape which gives her a certain thickness to her body tone. She has a moderate bust while she has as one would say 'child bearing' hips. Her hands can be compared to feeling like the softest leather one can touch due to hard work. There are slight burn marks on her arms and one on the top of her right hand due to accidents and being inexperienced with the forge, and she has a slightly nicked ear due to a accident as a child.

Appearance

This male is of short stature standing at 5'2 and he constantly gets teased about his height. His skin is that of porcelain with tan undertones. His face is sharp and heart shaped in structure with big puffy cheeks that gives him an air of childishness especially when he starts pouting. His lips are small and plump with a natural rosey-pink tinge to them. He always bites them when he's nervous, thinking, or flustered by someone or something. His hair is a mess. It's basically a bush of wild curls with a vivid cerise color that matches his olive green eyes well. His eyes are known for their expressions as they can become hard as slits or warm like spring when need to be. He has cerise eyebrows as well that are thick but hairy so he constantly has to get them threaded.

His body is not overly muscular, but he bears an athletic build. He's a semi-professional athlete as he does parkour and gymnastics on his free time. His body has a lean and resembles a runner and swimmer type build. His frame helps him stay quick, and light on his feet as he is quite the speed demon when need to be. He has broad shoulders with scars on his back from accidents, and a nicked ear from a run in with a stray bullet as a kid. Not to mention if gets really angry he has 3 veins that bulge out which he absolutely hates.His legs are toned, but he has a slight limp in his right leg, and it becomes worst in the cold. Even though he's been to therapy and it's 'healed' it still acts up, and if over exerted will mess up. He also when disgusted by something will wrinkle his little button nose, and if he grimaced you can see the slight overbite he has and he has to wear a retainer at night.

Attire

This guy loves to wear oversized swearshirts with sweatpants and or jeans. He also has an affinity for beanies and fedoras. He also likes the feel of fingerless leather gloves and the boxing tape wrapped around his hands. For shoes he prefers comfort over style with comfortable sneakers, loafers, sandal, and anything that gives comfort. When he wants to be sharp he wears a dress shirt with the dress pants and shoes, but he doesn't see the need in a suit jacket, but prefers a leather jacket. He has to wear round glasses that are thin and have golden frames. As relation to jewelry he wears earrings definitely, and wears three rings on each of his hands.

Scars

He has a nick in his ear from when he was a kid, and he has some old scars on his back from falling due to many parkour accidents. His right leg also was broken once when he fell akwardly from a high building (don't ask why), and so that leg acts up from time to time, and he's extremely grouchy when it is.

Tattoos/Piercings

Does this dude have tattoos and piercings? Yes, yes he does. He has a nose and lip ring that are silver in color. He has three tattoos. One is that of a rose with thorns, and it is on his biceps. Another tattoo he has is the family crest of a dire wolf on his torso, and his last tattoo are a small pair of angel wings with a halo above them on the back of the base of his neck. He has a belly ring, as well, and 3 ear pierings on each of his earlobes. He likes wearing two hoops and a diamond stud earring.

Personality

Who's the smartest ass around? Who has two thumbs, and is the Queen wait, King of sarcasam? Yeah, thats right this guy. This boy is known for his intelligence, and his smart mouth. He's a rational, and levelheaded thinker who loves a good plan, and scheme. Having an affinity with computers and can hack them before you even know he was their. People only know him as, ----. Yes, this male is highly intelligent, and he loves getting information out of people, and can do so without the victim even knowingly.

The man on a mission, changing the vision he is always finding a way to invent creative items. He is a technology geek and an inventor who can be found in his workshop working on new tech. His speech is something left to be desired, with a smooth and naturally husky Russian. However, whenever flustered or frustrated that confident tone releases one of his flaws that he absolutely has, his stuttering and it's like he's a bit blind, and can get reckless.

He is very snarky and sarcastic. Not one to sugar coat his words or a situation: Locked in a house with a serial killer? Good luck, I ain't saving nobody ass but mine because y'all motherfuckers loud as hell. Oh, their is a virus outbreak? Y'all won't survive because you all are squabbling over petty things. You push instead pull a door? Are you blind their is a sign right their. If your acting dumb he's gonna call you out, you acting suspicious, he calling you out. He has trust issues, and doesn't warm up to others easily.

His impatience, and sometimes obnoxious nature can sour the mood at times, but these come in small doses and people rarely see this side of him. He's very free-thinking, and can at rare times be empathetic, but at times their are hints of a selfish nature hidden deep within him. However when it comes to his true friends and family, he is sweet and orderly always finding a way to make them smile with his goofy nature and extremly cheesy puns. You even see, that their is a bit of shyness in him because he finds large crowds uncomfortable, and he can literally panic if too many unknown and unfamiliar people are around him. He's a cold hearted individual most of the time and it shows, but maybe he does it because of his amazing family background, and he fears being kicked out the family and dishonoring the family. However in reality he loves everyone he's just scared of what people think of him.

This dragoness is beautiful in appearance. She has stunning gold scales that can grow bright when annoyed or infuriated or dim when saddened or weak. She has a round face with spikes that line her jawline. Her muzzle is long and she has a pointed snout with sharp flaring nostrils. Mishka is a 5’2 girl with tan skin, russet colored eyes, and bushy brown hair she pulls back into a ponytail. On her head, she always wears a set of goggles, for when she’s working on things. Her right ear is pierced and she tends to wear two plain steel earrings in it at all times. On her face, she has a sort of golden makeup line trailing from her ears, curving under her eyes and going to the bridge of her nose. She wears a brown sleeveless tunic with belt buckles around the back, a white bandana scarf around her neck, and khaki shorts. She also normally wears boots that come up to the middle of her lower leg, but anyone looking at her will quickly notice that her left leg is made of a metal prosthetic from the knee down. Around her waist she always wears a belt with a small pack on it so she can store various things with her.

Personality:

Mishka is a bright and cheerful person, often going through life with a skip in her step and a smile on her face. She’s inquisitive, often asking plenty of questions so that she’ll understand what’s being talked about. She’s a loyal and true friend, even if she forgets to stop talking sometimes. She loves to tinker with things, whether that means making different small structures or other mechanical things, and she always has to have something in her hands so she can mess with it. 

Despite this, she’s prone to drifting off in her thoughts, missing a lot of what’s going on if she’s not snapped out of it. She’s also a bit overconfident, feeling as if her way is right, even if it’s more complicated than the actual straightforward answer. She’s sometimes blind to her own shortcomings, and gets rather annoyed when someone tries to point that out. When angered, she quite easily holds a grudge, and won’t really forgive even if they apologize.

Mishka loves creativity, being able to hang out outside as often as she can, seeing new sights, writing, being active, being happy, fashion, cats, learning new things, and singing. You name it, she probably likes it?

However, she dislikes grumpy people, too strict of rules, being underestimated, sushi, scorching hot temperatures, silence, being alone, ice, and most bugs.

Appearance: Standing at around 33 feet tall, Cyrlet is a beautiful light blue with white speckling and coral-pink frills coming off of her. Her eyes are a striking bright yellow. The webbing between her feet are a pale almost translucent blue, nearing white as they’re thin but sturdy enough to propel her through the water as needed. Fins come off of her body and her arms, though the ones on her arms are shorter to allow her to use the arms without interfering with her swimming. Her tail is fanned out with various sorts of frills, which act as another sort of fin for her to use in the water.

Personality: Calm and quiet, Cyrlet often is an observer, watching things go by before speaking her mind. She feels no need to raise her voice much above a moderate level. She often tries to act like a guiding force, trying to offer what advice she can to help those around her reach a peaceful solution. Some people would call her motherly. She’s unhurried about most things around her, and she’ll take her sweet time moving unless she’s hungry. She’s also rather affectionate, liking to nuzzle people she’s close with with her snout.

Despite her calm and quiet nature, she is rather vain, knowing that she’s beautiful like the ocean, and those who can’t recognize it are just refusing to see the truth. Alongside that, her fury knows very little bounds when she does get angry. She’s slow to calm too, meaning that whatever angers her better be faster than her, because she will chase them until she’s sure they’re gone. When she grows tired of a situation, she’s not one to keep it hidden, even if it angers those around her. She’s also known to be a bit petty towards those who do not listen to her.

Likes & Dislikes: Cyrlet has a fondness for woven items, anything reminding her of the ocean, clear weather, warm waters, coral items, music, and hand-made sushi. She detests loud volumes, violence (though she will use it against those who threaten her or her rider), overly energetic things, and stubborn or dark-hearted people.

Strength & Weaknesses: Quick and agile in water, caring to those close to her, protective  / Passive until angered - meaning she may not speak up to assist with planning, overly aggressive when angry, willing to fight with even allies if she has a grudge with them, puts her rider above all else, even allies.

Other: When she’s happy, she has a tendency to use her water breath to either make bubbles or to simulate rain. The frills of her fins are rather expressive around her face.
