Full wolf customization question

Hey I'm new and really want to fully customize one of my wolves . But I can't get all the markings in there when I try going to customization. For example the stripped flint base isn't there. Any suggestions? This is the look I'm hoping for. I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you again

Not all bases and markings are in the customizer, unfortunately, and they are only available from other sources, such as breeding or other applicators. Striped Flint, as a T3 base, is only available via breeding. Inuit Unders and Tamaskan Unders are markings you have to be lucky and get from a Random Marking Applicator/Total Shuffle, or by breeding to a wolf that has the marking and hope it passes to a pup. Silver Carnage isn't available in the customizer because silver is a combo color and you need to breed for it (or get lucky with an RMA).

Here is a guide to genetics on Wolvden and what bases/markings/etc can be obtained in which way, which may be of some help to you.
