I've started playing yesterday and found out about this site from lioden, I can understand somethings as alot of things are similar to lioden as their its sister site. However I find myself lost with some things, I find myself lost with the UI, some mechanics are lost on me and crafting is odd (I really wanna make medicine but i have no clue how) I've finished all the tutorial missions from the snake so I have some of the basics down.
