CSS Upload Struggles!

!IM SORRY! VISUAL ORGANIZATION WILL GET BETTER IM NOT GOOD AT DIV WORK YET

This one's for me and all my newbs who have probably looked at the CSS guide by Tetra #202 in guidance for uploading custom css files, only to fall into a pit of rage and despair when the OneDrive method didn't work out for one reason or another.
It didnt take too much googling, but this post will lay out a simpler version of this tutorial here, for an updated way to host your CSS files for WD use.
Feel free to head to the page itself if you'd rather hear from there directly; this post will be tailored to WD users.

SO. This tutorial assumes you already have a finished product that you *just need to upload* to the little box right in here. You've already done the hard work; why should this be any worse?
1. Start by opening Google Drive in Gmail; if you dont have one you can make one pretty easy.

2. Click [+New]
3. Find your CSS within your documents or downloads page. *Important* that your CSS is saved as a Cascading Style Sheet, probably with the little gear denoting this. Here's what mine looks like, just in case you want to double check. It never hurts ^^
4. Open your uploaded file, select the share options.
5. Click "Get link"; link permissions dont need to be anything more then "view."
6. Next, open a notes/docs app, something you can add and save writing in.
!COPY! This text below. Add it to whatever page you have open.

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id="

7. Return to your shared link. Copy the string of letters & numbers between /d/ and /view?
https://drive.google.com/file/d/

COPY THIS PART

/view?usp=sharing

8. Finally, mash it all together!

With a completed link, you should have a working CSS you can then put into your den files :)
For every edit you make to your original file, you will have to repeat this process.
Good luck, I am open to questions as well.
