YES! Nobody do any Snake or Bear quests. You are allowed to load Bear with puppies, but don't adopt a puppy/give her money unless it's a T3.

And make sure Raccoon goes broke by selling all of your spare stuff.

Also make sure you "hoard" snake skulls so you can offend the snake after we rebel.
