Blueberry felt the ground around them becoming moist.
Oh no. Oh no no no.
Not rain!
Blueberry would drown if they stayed underground and the dirt became mud. Reluctantly, the bright blue worm wriggled to the garden surface. They peered fearfully out at the surface world. Were there any birds around? They really hoped not. Taking a deep breath, Blueberry emerged fully, their bright blue skin shining as the rain washed them clean.
A bird-shaped shadow flew overhead, and Blueberry began a sprint for safety, dashing across the garden as fast as they could go. They found a rock with enough space underneath for Blueberry to seek shelter without drowning in mud. Panting for breath, Blueberry hid from the bird.

The rock jostled slightly. Blueberry peered out and saw a small black worm about half his size ramming into it.
"Hey." Blueberry said. "Don't you know you can't dig through rock?" 		KingOfCats

Rage coursed through Ben's little worm body as he felt the dirt around him become moist with rain. He wiggled upwards, exploding from the ground with a scream. "EVERYBODY OUT OF MY WAY!!" He hollered, headed towards the nearest pavement.
