A day later, the last of the wounds on Ceò's side slowly stitched closed, and her eyes opened with a flash. Uncurling herself from the bottom of the lake, she lazily pushed off, floating towards the surface and exhaling a long stream of bubbles.

I can't go back upstream, don't wanna risk running into that Naga again...

She mused, staring up at the night sky, barely visible under the lake's surface.

I also don't want to spend the whole day sitting in this lake, so maybe I should go out in my human form?

Ceò shrugged, blowing more bubbles. Her head breached the surface, and she tossed her mane, staring out at the city, lit up with nightlife.

Maybe Arren'd be there, I used to meet him there all the time when he wasn't a ghost- and I really need to ask him about that.

The familar twisting in her stomach that preceded transformation starting, she made her way towards the bank.

A girl rose from the waters, black hair whipping in the wind and lake water sluicing off her body. She wore a flowing white dress, sea-green eyes fixed on the city just visible over the hill. Weeds tangled in her hair, and as she yawned, teeth slightly too sharp to be wholly human were revealed.

Sights set on the city just beyond the hill, Ceò set off.

Blizzard noticed Ceo coming out of the river in the morning and shifted into human form to meet her. She walked quickly, wondering if she had seen the girl shift as she thought. 		BlizzardOfDeath

Ceò spotted a strange figure approaching in the distance, frowning and stilling. It appeared human, but the scent.. dragon?

Narrowing her eyes, Ceò surveyed the "human" cautiously, noting it appeared female. The scent was without a doubt dragon, mixed with a sharp edge of frost.

This one has special powers? Better not antagonise it until I find out more.

Smiling, she spoke.

"I'm Ceò. You?'

Ceò laughed, taking care to hide her unnaturally sharp teeth.

"You see, I love swimming amongst nature, not the chlorine-saturated waters of swimming pools. But this is a public place, anyone could be watching! I can't very well be swimming naked, and it was a spur-of-the-moment decision, so I didn't bring my swimsuit."
