Started a snarl decor- Mistake?

I wanted a snarl for the sentinal pose. But as I thought about coloring it.. I realized I wasn't sure how to proceed, because of all the marking options. Is it worth trying to complete? Ir should I just do it for specific wolves I want to have it?

If I continue.. should I just do the whole face in solid, basic colors?
I'm stuck!

You could just do it with a specific marking you like, like white or back or something, and have those available for whoever wants them. Or you could do a few versions, like white, black, brown, blue? Something more neutral/generic that could apply to more wolves? Not sure, but it looks really good so far!
