I used all 4 pair bonds last month, so I checked today but the breeding for pair bonds still haven't reset yet

Sure! Took me a while to find it the first time too lol. If you're on a computer, it should be (I believe) on the left side of the page, under all the things like the chat box and energy bars and stuff. It's a red button that says "report a bug". If you're on mobile it's at the very bottom of the page.
