So, I've had this encounter twice since the start of the recent lunar event (maybe it's new?) and it's kind of strange. Had it once with SC available, and once with no SC available, both times the result was the same with the only option of "I have nothing on me..." I'm curious, has anyone else had this encounter with different results or options? What happened? I'm honestly just wondering what it is I'm supposed to have to give the fox, or if that is just the way the encounter goes no matter what.

Ive never seen this encounter is it in glacier or tundra i haven't done much in exploring dream in these 2 areas. It looks like different thing from the flying bird where you howl for it and once i got another option i dont know what made it have cure option for bird or what it gave for it. That fox is very pretty thou. I could be completely wrong. Now next time i may explore these 2 areas in dream so i can see their encounters ^^ 		Scream

I can't remember if it was glacier or tundra this time, but I had the fox encounter in riparian woodland once, too. I've also had the encounter with the bird, I think it gives the other option if you have the cough cure medicine.

You need to have at least 10 SC on-hand—if you have 10 SC (or more), an option pops up to pay the fox 10 SC for a "gamble" at Lunar Tears.  There's a chance you can get 1, 2, 3, or even 4 Lunar Tears by gambling 10 SC with the fox.
