Posted 2021-11-11 08:29:00 #559453 So I've been following the hints and I'm in an area where the trinket is, but I can't get it. It's only happened twice so maybe I just need to try again? But I wanted to make this thread in case I'm doing it wrong. I'll spoiler below. I'm in the tundra. There's a big bear who has it, and I've tried to persuade him twice to give me the trinket, but every time he runs off and I'm left empty-handed. I previously persuaded a snake in the swamp and that was a success. Do I have to keep trying to persuade the bear, or am I supposed to fight him to get it?	rykerpuppy #273

Hey! Just keep trying to persuade the bear - that's how I got mine! It might be worth fighting, but then again, I'm not certain whether that'll make him give it to you or otherwise.

Keep persuading - sometimes persuasion attempts fail, but that is what you should be trying.
