How do I find a  "New Befriended Wolf that is a Carrier to a Genetic Mutation, I keep exploring and befriending the wolves but none of them have a carrier gene. 		mollymook

Unfortunately, that's just a matter of luck. There's no mechanic in the game that gives you an advantage in finding an NBW that is a carrier.
Most people I know just befriend any wolf they can (or they like) and check them for genes, just like you are doing.

Unless you need to fine one yourself because of lore or because thise are the rules of your pack, your best option is probably to search the TC for one or create a thread in the Wanted: Wolves forum to see if other players can sell one to you.
