To raise your wolves' mood, you need to use amusement items such as bones, feathers and others items you can find in explore.
Each use of such items restore 10% mood.

Amusement items can be found mostly in explore, can be bought from other players on the Trading Center or in bundles from the raccoon.

You can use amusement items from each wolf page or from the hoard.

As a note, you can also get spare toys from Rescouting an already discovered biome!

You can use a Healing Salve (can be crafted by a herbalist after a few rollovers or at the Trading Center) or your lead can randomly gain HP from Explore encounters!

Hello, Coleycole! You raise your wolf's HP by giving a healing salve to said wolf, which gives +20 HP, or give a rich healing salve for +40. Healing salves are commonly found in explore, while rich healing salves can be made by your herbalist when of proper healing prof and/or has researched all other medicines. Either one can also be bought off the TC.

Many encounters in explore, such as the drink vs inspect pool encounter, gives healing oppurtunties! As a tip: always go with inspect to get a healing salve (or one of each cave material) - the other gives a few to several HP.

Wolves also gain a little bit of HP after RO.
