How the Heck do I Post a Tag?!

I've been trying to post my avatar (I'm assuming that's what they mean by tag) and I can't seem to at all!!  Is there anyone who can help me?!

Go to your profile, and scroll down past 'recent friends' and you'll see your profile box. There is one called 'profile tag' or something similar to that. Just copy and paste the image URL there. But keep in mind the maximum size is 150pixels x 150pixels I believe.

That's what I did!  But I kept getting this error message: Your tag must be a valid URL - make sure it starts with http:// or https:// and ends with an image format (e.g. .jpg, .png, .gif).

Can you paste the URL you're trying to use so I can take a look? 

i had to do it twice for mine to go through
