Kaido Lee//19//Interacting with: Koda

Kaido had retreated back to his bench, painstakingly calculating expenses for the shop. He was so bored with this stupid book. After writing down the final calculation, he was done. He tossed the book in his back and stood up to stretch his limbs. He looked around the town square for something to do, looking to spend his newfound freedom.

Kaido looked over to see Koda entering the town square. With a sharp whistle to catch his attention, Kaido waved him a greeting. He had known Koda since childhood, and he was one of the only tolerable people in this town. Kaido jogged over to his friend, smiling. "Koda! What've you been up to? I've been so bored all day, its really quite lucky you showed up." Kaido rambled sociably, but soon stopped.

With a more concerned air about him, Kaido re-analyzed his friend. "You all right, Koda?" Kaido asked tentatively. Kaido was never quite sure how others felt. He had never quite been in tune with other people, preferring to spend time with the livestock and his chores as a child.

~Tina Yin~

16//Interactions: N/A//Currently: Heading back to town square after herb gathering

In a lush green forest where the color green touched her from head to toe, Tina was picking out plants that she studied about in books. She was walking around head in the ground with her arms feeling and picking all those plants she wanted, occasionally shaking off the bugs that were on them. Whatever she found useful, she stuffed them all in her bag.

While before in her mind, she questioned and wondered what life would be like outside. She started doubting the success of venturing outside since there was possibilities of being hurt or killed. The distraction of that thought helped with the strain her neck was feeling from looking down too much.

After a while, she the pain in her arms and neck reached to an annoying point. Rubbing her neck, she decides to head back home. In a bag full of fresh herbs was giving off a plethora of scents from her back.

Alice Wattson//16//Interactions:N/A

Alice eventually grew bored of lying on the hill, deciding to head back home. She stood up, brushing what dirt she could from her back and legs. She took one last glance at the land in front of her before walking back towards town. She felt lighter than before she left the house, finally able to take a full breath.

She took a different route home, deciding to cut through the center of town. As she walked, she realized she completely forgot to open the stand yesterday. And the day before. And the day before that. Three days in a row: that explained the massive amount of fruit piling up back at the orchard. She shook her head. She couldn't think straight.

Not watching her step, her mind instead starting to wander, she stumbled over her own feet, nearly falling. This snapped her back to reality, allowing her to regain her balance. A couple of people gave her confused glances, which she ignored entirely.

She also came to the realization that she hadn't used her bow for quite a while. Her archery skills were likely completely gone at this point, now that she thought about it. Nothing practice couldn't fix though, she decided.

Eloria  ||  18  ||  Interacting With: Open  ||  Currently: Running Errands

She could have sat there for hours, imagining what the world beyond the wall was like. Eloria laid back so she could look up at the sky. Oh, how she wished she could follow her heart and leave the town. Eloria watched the clouds pass, losing herself in the thought of adventure and visions of exploration. She knew it wasn’t realistic, Eloria could never go out there and survive on her own. She would need others to go with her, but Eloria didn’t want to seek out people for something like that. If she hadn’t spent her life picking up her father’s responsibilities, Eloria would’ve probably had more friends and if some of them shared her sentiments, perhaps she would have gone with her desire to leave.

It just wasn’t doable though, neither was laying by the pond all day. A sigh escaped the redhead's lips as she sat back up and pulled her feet from the water. Once they had dried, on went her shoes and she was off with the errand list in hand. Eloria's list wasn't long, her father needed something to be picked up from the blacksmith's shop. In one of his few moments of clarity, he had decided that Eloria needed something to defend herself with, not that Eloria ever face conflict, to begin with. Eloria was also supposed to pick up some apples while out as well something from the butcher's shop that they could cook up for dinner. As she entered the town square, Eloria gazed around wondering where she should start.

Willow May Lynneson // 17 // Interactions: Open uwu.

“Today… is definitely the day. I can feel it.” Willie started to tell herself. She knew today was not going to be like any other day. She has finally turned 17, and something always happened on her birthday. Although it usually wasn’t anything good, she was ...hopeful. She got ready for the day ahead, and got to finding the necessary words to ask her mother for permission to leave the house for a while. You see, her mother was extremely overprotective of her child (as all mothers should at least try to be) She went down the stairs of her home, and went to the Office where her mother was, working on papers, and businessy things.

“M-Mother? I need to ask you a question; it is of utmost importance-! If I do not ask you this, something bad might just happen, I might just explode and-“ “What is it, dear child?” Her mother asked, with a heaving sigh. She already knew what the everpestering Willie was going to ask, she didn’t need to hear any more, but she might as well get it over with. “M-May I pleeeeaaaase leave the house for a bit?! You know it’s my birthday today, and all I’ve ever done is be in this big… lonely.. house..” Here come the tears, her mother thought. Willow continued to desperately plead: “Please, mummy! Please let me go out and explore! I’ll be back by dinner time, I absolutely promise! I won’t get into trouble!” Her mother thought over it… “Fine,” She said, “I’ll let you leave the house, but on one condition.” Willow was getting excited. “Y-Yes? C’mon, spit it out..-!” She had stars in her eyes now, she could finally go out and be free, and make new friends, and-! “You will not talk to… those people.”

Willie’s heart completely sank.

“Mother… they’re just people! Like you and me…! Just because you make a lot of money, doesn’t mean that you can close me off from every normal person on the planet!” Her mother was now about to lecture her on why she shouldn’t talk to “poor” people, and why she must only affiliate with people of her class. I will spare you the details, since it was a long argument, but what basically happened was that Willow didn’t want to hear anymore, and ran out of her prison-like home, all the way to the town square. Obviously, her mother called after her, but decided to not care too much, and get back to work.

She needed to catch her breath, since she ran pretty far, but when she did that, she was saying “Hello!”, “Hi, new friend!”, and things like that. Everyone thought she was crazy and giving her weird looks, but she thought they were being friendly.

Alice Wattson//16//Interactions: Willow

Alice was now passing through town square, but her mind seemed to be elsewhere as she stared blankly off into the distance. There was so much going wrong in her life right now. Why could nothing go right? She raised her hand to her collarbone, fidgeting with the locket hanging from her neck. Nothing had gone right since they left. She wasn't ready to take over all of their responsibilities. Her parents had taught her much, but it definitely wasn't enough.

Now that she thought about it, she didn't think anyone even knew her parents were gone. Wouldn't someone have said something to her? Wouldn't they have helped her? She shook her head. They were just that small of a part of the community. She didn't think anyone in this town even knew her name, or talked to her beyond her early childhood.

She clenched her jaw, growing frustrated. Her life was a waking nightmare. Her pace sped up, her anger growing second by second.

Her rage was quickly interrupted, as she stumbled over the feet of a girl who had seemingly appeared out of nowhere (as far as Alice was concerned), shouting a greeting. Alice was quick to panic, spitting out a rushed apology as she brushed herself off.

Willow May Lynneson // 17 // Interacting With: Alice

She helped this new stranger up. She was quite curious about her, and wanted to ask about a million questions, but she already asked one, and thought it was best not to bother her with more. “Y’know, you seem a little upset.. what’s wrong, something on your mind? I mean, I know we don’t know each-other, but I mean... I’m here for you, if you wanna talk about it...?” Willie quietly started patting her head, it might have looked weird to everyone else, but she thought it was fine. She especially thought so... mostly because she saw Alice as if she was some homeless lost puppy-.

“Y’know,” she started, “I have some bandages in my pocket.. let me get them out...” She took some out. “Need some-?” She held her hand out, waiting for Alice to take a few. “If you’re worried if they’ll sting, don’t worry! I’ve had them on before, you barely notice them, and they have cute patterns too, if you’re into that sort of thing.”

Alice Wattson//16//Interactions: Willow

Alice managed to calm herself slightly, still somewhat stunned. She took a minute to respond, her hands shaking slightly. "I-uh... Yeah, it's just my parents-um-I... " She took a deep, shaky breath. "My parents are um... Gone and they've been... Gone for a really long time and I don't know where...But I think they-" She stopped herself. She was spilling her guts to someone she didn't even know. But then again, she didn't know practically anyone. Wasn't she just mad about that?

She took another deep breath. "I um, I think they left the town. " She looked down at the handful of bandages, hesitantly taking one. She only had a small scuff on her knee, so she knelt down, gently sticking the bandage over it. She felt so utterly embarrassed, she couldn't even look up to make eye contact. She cleared her throat. "I'm really sorry, I should have watched where I was going... I'm a bit bonkers right now-hehheh....Sorry, that wasn't as funny as it sounded in my head... "
