Battle trophies?

Battle trophies?
Posted 2021-10-28 07:34:23 #549453 I've been absent from the game for many months, and now quests ask me to get battle trophies. Can someone explain what those are and how to get them? I'm pretty sure you get them from battles, but are they rare drops? Do they happen more often from certain opponents?	CursedAlien #31122

Battle trophies are fairly rare drops, but not so much that getting trophies for quests is too challenging. I've won three battles so far today and got a trophy from one of them. Trophies are things like claws and pelts, and you'll be told at the end of the fight if you've won one.

To have a chance of getting a trophy your lead wolf must be at least level 10 and the enemy must be at least level 5. The odds of getting a trophy go up the higher your level is.

Thanks! I tend to shy away from battle because I'm paranoid about hurting my wolf, but I should probably be bolder since I have plenty of healing salve.

No problem! And remember, nothing bad happens from dropping to 0HP. Your lead isn't at risk of dying or anything and it won't stop you from exploring. Worst case scenario, losing a fight can give you an illness, but I usually just retreat once it's clear I'm not going to win.
