will my scout reset his scouting proficiency if i change him to hunter?

i want my scout to get enough strength stats to scout the rainforest and glacier, currently he has 78 strength. so i thought, it's taking a while for him to get to that via scouting so maybe i should change his role to a hunter so he can gain some by being a finisher?

but i'm wondering if changing him to a hunter will reset all his scouting proficiency or something. that is the LAST thing i want to happen. 		dogfriend

It won't reset his scouting proficiency! It'll go down -1 each day, but he should still have most of it by the time you put him back.
