How do I get new cones?

I can't feed or give any energy to my wolves because they are only in the unsorted place. In Lioden they still got fed when they were in the unsorted place. Atm, I can't afford to pay to get a cave or whatever it is yet. :( Are they going to die?

One of the tutorials gave me a free cave, no purchase required. Just make sure to do all the Snake's tutorial quests.

Energy regains automatically, and you can feed wolves from your hoard when they're hungry, you don't need caves for that! The first cave is free, you don't need materials for it - you just need to complete the Not Just For Bears quest at the questing snake - Tala shows you how and goes through all the necessary steps for you :)

You can care for wolves in your unsorted. Yours just are already 100% on everything. :)

Also Lioden and Wolvden may be by the same creators, but it's important not to compare them. Both are different games and have different pacing, features, etc.

For now, I wouldn't worry about getting another cave. Wolvden's pacing is more realistic and slower, so you really have to save up on things (including silver cones). You can explore often and sell things you don't need (like extra food) to the raccoon. There are other guys here that can help you get started. ^^

My lead wolf is low on energy because I have been in explore. I tried to give him something that would replenish his energy but the dropdown menu wouldn't click on the unsorted cave. So he hasn't been able to get his energy back. I can't feed them either that way. The menu just doesn't work for me. It says No Wolves. :( I don't get it. I have 3 wolves. My lead wolf, my female wolf, and a male that I befriended. 

His energy will regenerate over time. There is an item you can use to replenish (I think you get one from doing one of Tala's quests), but otherwise, it's an item you get in the Grove (via gold cones). I checked his page right now, and it says he's on 89% energy.

You can't feed them because they're already full. It says "no wolves" because no wolves are hungry.

None of them are hungry, so you won't be able to use any food items. Only guarana (costs GC from the Grove) can restore energy, food only affects hunger and cannot be used if they already have 100% hunger as all your wolves do

Are you looking at your HP maybe? Like firelii said, you do have energy right now, but no HP. You can still explore with no HP, but you can't fight until you heal. (He wont die)

Some interactions in explore will give you more HP, otherwise as far as I know a healing salve is the only item you can use for that. (You can find those in explore too!) This guide has a helpful list of encounters you can look at to figure out which ones will heal you or give you healing salves. 

If you have salves then you should be able to use them right from explore also - you can click on the image right under the Map button

Thank you, all of you for your advice.  Is there a guide to help with knowing how to befriend certain kinds of wolves? I am not doing so good with this. Each time they leave, lol maybe he needs a bath in the River. lol I just started tonight and I think my tutorial got cut short.
