Give raffle advertisements their own chat box section

Ever since the raffle feature came out the sales chat box is filled with raffle advertisements. It makes it hard to see the actual sales or stud ads. Please make raffle have their own section just like art does  to advertise in so those who want to see sales can do so without wading through all the raffle ones.

I support, I don't care what people are selling for the most part, but I do want to see raffles. Separating these is smart, since sales already moves so fast
