All NBWs get deleted when chased, incl. game generated ones

Okay I've thought about this a bit more and yeah. I could see it something like this. I've kind of changed my mind with time because it's become very very annoying the more I play.

Void wolves that are:
1. Rechases
2. NBW's with less than 3 markings (This means R&C's with less than 3 wouldn't be voided. Only new befriended wolves with less than 3 that are chased would be voided. Alternatively, any NBW that's had an applicator applied, but that might be even more complicated to code.)

Or introduce another system to get rid of them besides starving. Killing? (Although if this affects karma I would still chase because I dont want bad karma from killing wolves).
