I'm a noob player and I realized that there apparently is an option to train adols? I have no clue how to do this though! Is anyone willing to offer guidance? 		Einfel

Usually you can see the option to bring along an apprentice when doing the thing that you want to train them for, like when youre going to forage / craft with the herbalist there will be a blue button that says something like bring apprentice. You just click that and select which adol you want to train, unlike puppy training it gives them proficiency in whatever you train them in, idk the max though 		Red

To add on to what Red (Lights on) said, an adol can be trained once per day, earning up to 5% proficiency. The overall cap is 20% total proficiency in any role. They also have a chance to gain a relevant stat point (a chance to gain a strength point if apprenticing as a finisher, for instance). Also, Tala does have a tutorial quest for adol training, so be sure to check that out!
