Im thinking about opening a few art commission slots but im stuck on prices. Would you mind giving me a hand?
It takes about 3-4 weeks to complete a full-body piece at most to 1 week at least since I'm a college student.
Recent examples of my work can be found below alongside my art gallery here
Please keep in mind the images have been blurred slightly to keep from theft and also due to resizing to fit the forums. Coms would be HQ like on the link above

So, in terms of real world prices I'd say something like the first and second piece is worth over 350 GC, however, as far as actually getting customers here you'd probably have to go down to ~60-120 GC.  pieces like the third you can probably get around 30-40 GC for, maybe more, depending on if you prefer to be patient for the more willing customers.

I think I mostly agree with Juju!

Like example 3 id say around: 25-35GC
Full body of that with no background: 50-60GC
Full scenes with just headshot like the last example: 40-55GC
Full scenes like the 1st example: 80-120GC mostly priced on what the scene would be

I'd say SyntheticHumor is correct, headshots and busts usually go for around 25 to 40GC from my personal experience browsing peoples forums, as for a reference, I'd say roughly 50 to 80GC.

As for your full body portrait with a background, you can easily charge 120 to 300 or more GC for that, reason being the detail and effort you put into it, that however, is the personal price that I would pay for a piece of work like that, they are correct that you may want to go lower end and stick to around 120GC if you waant customers... given 110GC costs 24$ in itself, I don't know how much money people would be willing to put into the game just to buy art.

On that note however, Paypal is always an option! You can easily charge 25$ to 50$ for your artwork, I'd say around 20$ for a reference, 35$ to 50$ for an image like the first option, and around 10$ to 15$ for a headshot

HecateHybrid oo alright thank you! I see that you, Synthetic and Bache all agree on the scene piece being more expensive. I will most likely only open that option for headshot scenes instead of fullbody scenes that way I can still have them sell but also not have them overpriced when thinking about the game currency.

I do have a commission sheet for us dollars but those prices always change so im taking in opinions right now lol.
Those headshots though easily sell to be around $20 us dollars so I will most likely keep them at that price, converting it to match the game currency in turn.

I would also most likely start accepting items and currency payments too so its not just pure gc or sc coming in and allows more people to buy art I feel.
