The Night Market [Under Construction/Not Open Yet]

You've been wandering through the mountains for a while now, the cold night air slightly nipping at your ear tips. You spot a light in the distance and decide to approach it; it's a whole gathering of wolves! Seems you've stumbled upon a market lit up by fireflies. "Stalls" of all sorts made up of wares lain across the floor and rocks and strung up in trees stretch on past the entrance. Two tall pine trees act as the entrance gate to this marketplace, and at their bases sit one lead wolf each; Guards maybe? You think to yourself.
As you approach, the Melanistic male to your left, Shadowstar, nods in greeting, "Welcome to The Night Market, traveler."
The Dark Brown male sitting to your right, Derekor, adds on, "If you wish to enter, be sure to see Odinson at the "Rules Board" so you don't go getting yourself into any trouble. We'll be watching you…"
You nod to the both of them and walk through the gates to the marketplace beyond...

Rules
Deciding to take Derekor's "advice" (more like a warning), you make your way to the "Rules Board" just past the entrance. There you see Odinson --a male lead wolf with Serpentine fur-- watching your approach, he seems to be sitting next to a tree with words carved into it. As you reach him, he looks expectantly at you, then up to scrawlings carved into the tree next to him.
The "Rules Board" reads as such:
1. The only owners of this shop are WolfDenGames #5653, Starfrost740 #6642, Emberstorm #16500, and The_Forlorn_one #16738. DO NOT accept trades/messages/promises regarding The Night Market from any other users.
2. If you wish to contact someone regarding the market, message WolfDenGames #5653 or Starfrost740 #6642.
3. First Come, First Serve; we will not hold items for you.
4. We only take item trades for the items specified in the Item Exchange section.
5. Please be patient, one of the shop owners will get to you eventually.
6. No Refunds.
7. We are not responsible for an item once it enters your inventory. If you misuse an item, please submit a ticket to the Modbox as they are better suited to help you.

Food
The smell of delicious food is still in the breeze, but, unfortunately, there is nothing left in this stall. The Skarn she-wolf running it, Soulclaw, holds her head high though, "Not to worry, my suppliers are quite good at their jobs. There'll be more food soon enough…"

Herbs
This stall has a sort of abrasively bitter and fragrant air around it. Bundles of herbs are piled high, nearly blocking the Nocturne she-wolf running the stand, Yasōkyoku. As she finishes tying up yet another bundle, she smiles sweetly at you, "Hello there traveler, as you can see, I might just have whatever herb you need today."
