How do I get Silver Cones to fix a glitch

You should be able to, try scrolling down on her quest text within the questing snake page

In the snakes page her quests should show up to pause, but I don't remember if that quest was on there or not.

Ohhhhh I forgot you were stuck with wolf encounters. Yes, in that case it does sound more like a glitch- though thankfully one that should be fixable through pausing the quest or getting another territory slot as you already said. Sorry you encountered such an annoying glitch right at the start of the game!!

I know you can pause her quests (I briefly paused one of them, I forget which one? I believe it's the healer quest, unlocked in a few rollovers for you)... but I'm blanking on what it looks like. I believe there's an option when you scroll down on the snake quest screen, but someone may have to correct me on that.
