Offers are always welcome, but I look for the value of the items offered to be closer to the asking price in value before accepting. Below is what I value smaller items at. Trophies and event items are always welcome. Anything not on my list I would use the TC to calculate current market value. Honestly, I can't even remember how we connected. It just seems like we've always been friends on here!
