where do i find tobacco?!!

hello

im GreenOmbra and im new on the game.

i have a problem: one of my wolves (the leader) got the fleas. Now i couldn't craft the cure for the flies cause i didn't have tobacco back then and so now i am at the point that two other wolves got them. I did isolate the sick wolves from the others but it doesn't seem to work and i still don't have tobacco to create the cure and I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE!!

does anybody know how can i get some TOBACCO?

Tobacco is found in the Mountains, Prairie, and Desert via sending your Herbalist foraging or certain encounters in those biomes (ie choosing 'Gather' when given the "You wander across some interesting plants growing from the soil. You give them a sniff.. oooh, herbs!" prompt, 'Check it out' when given the "You come across some poop... Normally, you'd roll all over it, but for some reason, something seems special about this poop." prompt).

Following the raven in Explore ("A raven swoops down over your head and seems to be trying to get your attention.") can give you any type of herb regardless of biome (among other things), and according to the Grouse House explore guide, 'Take' in the blue jay encounter ("A blue jay is aggressively chasing and screaming at another bird - presumably one that got too close to its nest. In the chaos, a single feather falls to the ground in front of you. This could be useful.") can potentially give any type of herb as well.

As for the problem with quarantine, unfortunately when the lead gets it, I'm fairly certain they can pass it to any other wolf (think of them kind of like an unsorted wolf, wandering into whatever den they want to sleep and whatnot).
