DESIGN A NBW PYROPE - WIN A NBW PYROPE [CLOSED, WINNER ANNOUNCED]

Hello! I guess RNG decided to be more than simply kind to me, because barely 12 hours after finding that NBW Mojave (chatter contest here ), I found a NBW Pyrope?

The wolf:

Female, 195 stats, 1yo, Warm Dark III Pyrope. Selene ornate spots are the only rare mark, but what a rare mark they are!

So, guess what: I'M HOLDING YET ANOTHER CONTEST! Make the best design for this wolf, and YOU WIN THIS WOLF!

THE RULES:

- Design must use existing rare marks and customizable marks ONLY. Yes, merle would be wonderful. Is it feasible? Probably not.

- Design must be within your means- if it uses event apps, you should have those apps in your hoard or a plan to buy them. Extra selene marks or lunar marks would be incredible on a Pyrope. Unfortunately, Selene and Luna marking applicators are expensive.

- You CANNOT enter if you have a living NBW T3

- Limit of five designs per person- WITH THE EXCEPTION of if you design something you're super excited about obviously feel free to DM me first and then add to the post!!! i adore wolf design too.

MY PREFERENCES (if you wish to cater to the judge):

- I would prefer you keep the selene ornate spots- 1% it if you wish, but rare marks can be difficult to come by. Designs that keep the selene mark will be judged more positively than ones that do not.

- Pyrope is a gorgeous base- showing it off will be judged positively!

- Designs with backgrounds, especially backgrounds that match the wolf are great- Designs with backgrounds will be judged more positively than designs without backgrounds!

- If you have special eye applicators, that would be awesome to add- this is a NBW T3, after all.

EDIT: CLARIFICATION:

Using decor is encouraged, though if you're using wardrobe decor, two separate links would be appreciated (one to see the design by itself, one to see the design with decor). If you're using photo editing software to make a mockup of the wolf with custom decor, it would mostly just be appreciated to have a screenshot and the name of the decor! (with a separate wardrobe link/information as to the specific look so the wolf can be seen w/o decor).

CONTEST ENDS JULY 16th at 10:00 AM WD Time. Yes, earlier than the NBW Mojave- I don't have space to level this wolf like she deserves. Less time means less leveling time lost.

This competition has been tough as hell to judge - a total of THIRTEEN designs made it to my final round of judging and I had to sent some to a friend to help me decide bc they're all so freaking gorgeous. You all should be proud! SO, UNBELIEVABLY PROUD.

I don't know what else to say TBH? Just. Be proud of yourselves. You all did so well, and I'm so grateful for the chance to host this competition.

Hmm, this was a hard one to design! Here’s what I got:

Stormbringer 

One empty slot for possible RMAs or event applicators. Dark design overall, black eyes for a chance to crate hetero eyes pups. Nice pop of colour from the selene marking.

Not too many decorations, design is still visible enough. A dark coloured background. Some type of lightning decor would have been perfect.

You may notice that this wolf also has violet eyes, and a luna mark (just like the mojave I designed!) This is on purpose, so that if I win one I can use the same applicators that I would have used on the other wolf. I went with a blue and green background to compliment the nice dark red hues and the bright vibrant selene/luna marks.

I made two designs, with the first one being my favorite.

I thought of it like a flame with different colors associated with it (like Yellow/Red/blue and so on)

In her lair

This one I imagine her living in an old mineshaft with the Selene spots acting like bioluminescence (there might be urban legends about her haha)

Again, I went with a natural blend in order for the wolf to fit within my pack. However, that did mean reducing the opacity on the Selene ornate spots :(

Otherwise, I really like this design, aha. I might use it on another wolf, if I don’t win!

Spent some time debating on this design and decided 'why not?'
I wasn't able to squeeze in 10 markings without completely hiding the base, but I think it turned out well! Once again, I have, or am able to obtain the decors, and background.

It is 100% acceptable to enter both, you'll just be removed from the competition for the Mojave if you win the Pyrope, since the Mojave competition ends 2 days after this one!
