Solving the issue of normal NBWs that people befriend and then chase, putting them into the pool.

We've probably all been there. Exploring around- a wolf to befriend! As the wolf is loading in, you see that all too familiar shooting star in the corner. You get excited! What will it be this time- maybe a t2? Special marks like merle? Het eyes? Maybe even a t3! But as the wolf loads in, you're greeted by something a little like this:

Ugh. The infamous re-chased T1 NBW with no good marks or traits.ย

You sigh, defeated. You leave the wolf without even trying to befriend.ย

My ideas to fix this is to add a system like the nature reserve in Lioden, so that they go away without being chased, and to also add something where it deletes the wolf (so it doesn't go into the pool) if it detects that it was a NBW (perhaps by detecting that it has no lineage or something like that- we already know that WD can track chased wolves because it deletes re chased wolves).ย

I support the idea of having alternate options the player can pick that would delete the wolf, but I don't see automatic filtering of nbw's to be something feasible and practical due to people's tendencies to chase customized wolves for the age reroll. I feel it would be best for it to be the players choice, and perhaps give a small amount of SC for deleting the wolf entirely to encourage cleaning up.ย

Yeah, the reward would be good. Your idea is good. It would encourage people to chase only if they really wanted to.

Support, those dang nbwโ€™s sometimes get befriended by accident on like, 2 hearts and

ย then I feel really guilty about having to chase them.ย

I am behind the idea of having more than one option for getting rid of adult wolves.ย  Although I'm generally against a Lioden-like karma system, options would allow for more RP and options for reward.

For example, there could be a "Kill" option that has the chance to grant trophies or scars.ย

With the existence of the dream-world, the second option could be something like "Lead into the Dreamlands." There, the wolf transitions into the Dreamlands to join the Dream-wolves, and leaves behind SB.ย

Support.

We definitely need a way to permanently get rid of wolves without adding them back into a pool.
Of course you can retire,ย  but that costs a lot of SB unless the wolf is very old.ย  Not rentable all the time.

I support a way to permanently delete adult wolves, but I feel that it shouldn't only be viable if the wolf is an NBW. I think ANY wolf that the person doesn't want anymore should be given the option to be deleted just like with chasing.

I'm definitely down for a "kill" option, so we can decide by ourselves which wolves do and don't get a chance to enter the pool. It also helps for folk who want to roleplay their packs being good or bad. I honestly would find this it's own reward but I can see why others might like an offering of SC or something.
