Fishing QOL improvement: A notification for when you can submit a fish again

Problem: I find myself either anxiously checking for ten minutes or forgetting to submit a fish entirely and its ~ 3+ hours later, i missed out on a lot of fish in that time! And ofc the timer doesnt account for that. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, it makes the fishing game rsther frustrating especially for people like me who have limited time and are very forgetful / distractable

I think the easiest quality of life solution to this would be an ingame notification for when the fishing timer is run out! Not an inbox notification but something akin to the wolf energy notifications where they appear at the top of the page once when you refresh the page. In fact it would work best if it was just part of that group of notifs. It could have text like 

"Your fishing cooldown is over! Take me to fishing"

with a link to the fishing game. 

Im not sure what kind of coding this would take but i dont think itd be a super intensive task? Since its just a cooldown over notification!
