Wasteland of Frost

Leader - Arken

A seemingly neverending sea of white, the world of ice and snow is harsh and unforgiving. It is said to trap the violent wolf of misfortune and trickery, and once the land is entered, one can never find their way back out. These seem to be mere superstitions, however, as there are wolves who somehow make a living on the territory. The pack tends to be friendly in their greetings, though a bit... overly so.

Highrising Mountains

Leader: Shenzi

A leopard-backed wolf leads the charge here, and she tries to usher wolves away from the wasteland. She tells terrifying tales of the land, but when there's no evidence backing the stories up, it's all hearsay. Other than her strange insistence, she and her pack are overall kind demeanor.

Windbitten Outskirts

Leaders: Heidrún and Rordran

Along the edge of the wasteland lies a thin strip of land - not quite as deadly as the world of snow itself, but not exactly habitable without difficulty either. Wolves must become hardened to live here, and the current pack is strong enough to brave the cold. The pack here is polite, allowing passage along the sides of their territory as long as no rules are broken.

Forest of Whispers

Leaders: -

The forest is hard to navigate at first, but it can be a fine place to live once one learns the territory. The prey is plentiful, but a pack of aggressive wolves lies in its midst. They use their mazelike area to get the drop on unsuspecting wolves.

Magic Types:

Binding (White) - Forces objects or living things to freeze in place by stiffening muscles or otherwise. Can be used to kill by either indirect death or freezing organs into inactivity.

Prescient (Black) - Magic that gives visions of the future and coming events. Is hard to control and often comes in waves, short bursts that are difficult to decipher.

Elemental (Brown) - Controls the elements, from the air to the ground, to water to fire, to everything in between. Can allow invincibility to extreme temperatures or drowning.

Enhancing (Purple) - Enhances the muscles or mind. Typically only for the user, as is extremely difficult to use on others. Mainly used to make the user unnaturally powerful, athletic, or have quick reflexes.

Transpose (Teal) - Manipulates matter to a different location. Hard to use, but can allow warping to other locations in mere seconds once used correctly.

Renewal (Blue) - Used to heal injuries or illnesses in animals and plants. Often used to create potions and elixirs, but can be used straight from the source of magic as well.

Forceful (Green) - Able to be used defensively to push things away or strike things with great velocity. Also used to levitate or manipulate objects from a distance.

Manipulation (Yellow) - Can control the bodies or minds of other living things. Can turn someone into a puppet, warp their personality, or wipe all memories from their mind.

Warding (Orange) - Protection magic that defends the user of all damage. This includes environmental threats such as high or low temperatures, dangerous weather, or even starvation or dehydration.

Leeching (Red) - The most dangerous type of magic and often isn't natural. Used to steal different types, allowing the user to have access to any magic at their disposal. Can be addictive and destructive to the user's psyche.
