Absolutely Dedicated Achievement: Requirements?

So I’m gunning for the enclave achievement but I’ve been told I can skip quests and still get a new one - however, the achievement states ‘three in a row’, does that mean skipping a quest with an item will break your streak, even if you get three quests a day?

I have been skipping quests with items when I really can't complete them but my Absolutely Dedicated counter is still counting them (I'm 33/100). So I think that "three in a row" means that you can skip them and that what really count is that you complete 3 before the next rollover.

I just skipped an enclave quest and afterward it still said I had completed 0/3 for the day, so it looks like it basically just lets you reroll your quest, so it will still count for the achievement. Until I saw this question it hadn't occurred to me that I might be able to skip a quest and still get progress towards the achievement, so thank you for putting this out there! That'll make the achievement SO much easier to get.
