Stop Adding ALL Rare Markings to RMA and TS

So as per the new raffle stud updated the mods have stated "New markings released on raffle studs cannot be applied using Random Marking Applicators or Total Shuffles until the raffle stud is drawn and players are able to start redeeming their breedings with him, we will be sure to mention when a certain marking can start being applied!"

May I suggest that we get a pool of markings that are only found on NBW's to introduce breed only markings into the game? These same markings could also be found on Raffle Studs too. This way there's a small pool of breed only markings that exist that cannot be "bought" no matter how much money people have to spend on RMA's and Total Shuffles. 

It would also bring value back to NBW's

Strong no support. The chances of getting most of the rare markings (merle, retired event marks) are already minuscule. People are going through hundreds of RMAs and still end up getting none. I feel like if at that point they're lucky enough to roll a merle - they deserve it. Also, rolling a specific marking with RMA will become harder and harder with time as the pool grows.

New lineages of the raffle markings are going to become harder to come by with time, especially if the marking has a low chance of passing (which I'm assuming we very much can expect at some point). That 0.0001% chance of someone rolling it with an RMA on a new wolf would barely affect the marking's rarity, and will help rejuvenate "dead-end", popular lineages.

I completely agree with you on this, while RMAS are a nice feature it would be nice to have markings that are more difficult to get. Since only a handful of people are chosen as winners for raffle studs it only makes sense for the markings to be extremely rare and difficult to obtain. 

@hydde I'm not saying for them to remove all the rare markings that currently exist, but just to have a few that are breed only, right now there are no breed only markings making breeding for markings kind of pointless, unlike bases and eye colours. It would be nice to have a pocket of some markings that were exclusively breed only, maybe found on star NBW's and raffle studs

Support! Combo markings aren't sought after at all despite being difficult to breed, since people can just RMA them on and stud out for profit. All of the markings pass SO easily as well that there's barely any challenge to it. Even the NBW-exclusive markings can be RMAed. Please leave us something to breed for!

Yes, I understand your point, but I don't agree that breeding for markings is pointless. Breeding for merles is much, MUCH easier, than RMAing for them. (Sorry for dragging this example for so long, but I feel like it makes sense.) Chased NBWs with multiple merle markings are still extremely valuable even though it has been a VERY long time.

Additionally, and this might be the most important part, if the raffle markings are non-RMA-able, they will forever stay in the one original slot that the raffle wolf had. Even if you chase and find the offspring with that marking again, it will be a new line, but the marking will forever be stuck in the original given slot.

Edit: After thinking about the comment above mine, I'd love really hard to pass markings, but not ones that cannot never-ever be rolled with RMAs even at a very low rate.

@Hydde thats where adding them to NBW's would be better, I just got so disheartened when I was trying to breed a bunch of Silver markings, like swift said the combo ones, only to find someone could use 1 RMA and get that marking on their wolf because they had better RNG than me. 

I've only bred for markings once since the game started, meanwhile I've bred for loads of rare bases and eye colours. It would just be nice for SOME, not ALL to be breed only, otherwise people with a lot of money and luck get the best chances, it would help limit that "pay to play" argument.

You make a good point! I think I could agree that introducing them via NBWs would be really fun, we're really missing some rare exciting traits in regular, game-generated NBWs. Not to mention the absolutely tiny pool of NBW-only marks.

I think I'm only against raffle markings staying raffle-only, e.g. only released once or twice via the stud and not achievable in any other way at all. Everything else is good with me!

Yeah that makes sense, you're right! Stud only doesn't make sense but NBW could be a fun way of making normal 1 to 2 star NBW's rare again! Which would also benefit newer people who find them to generate income because right now they're all throw-aways

I believe there were also records from EA(??) of 4-5 star wolves, maybe we could finally get REALLY rare, exciting game-generated NBWs. Maybe, they can be only found at lvl 20, too.
