side role "Mentor"? and Adolescents role "Apprentice"?

i was think it would be cool if we could assign mentors for older wolves who carry vital roles in the pack for pups in there adolescents stage to earn role stats/proficiency (not as much as an adult would learn. maybe 10-15% of what a adult would earn from say; "scouting" "Hunting" or "Herbalist". preparing them for there role ahead on what ever role you decide to mentor them in.

Side Role: "Mentor"

info: only senior/older wolves coming towards the end of there lives (last year/or two) can take on this role. this role doesn't give any experience or stats to itself only purpose to prepare the younger pups of the pack for there future.

Adolescents Role "Apprentice"

Info: Only adolescents' can receive this role (Age: 6m-111/2 m) role disappears at 1 year, and the role they trained in are automatically assigned (though could be changed later by setting if need be) Apprentices only receive role experience if there mentor is preforming that role.

Thoughts? i don't know i thought it would be cool for something adolescents and elder wolves to. something as an extra activity.
