Change Fish turn in time to limit per hour

So, as a player who can’t spend hours upon hours playing the game, and as one who really enjoys the fishing mini game, I’ve been a bit frustrated by the ten minute cool down. I understand that you don’t want people to just get 100 SC in ten minutes, but the wait time seems… unfair to those who can only get on maybe ten minutes an hour. 

So I have a proposal. Instead of one fish every ten minutes, it should be six fish an hour (or 5 or something). Why? Because that’s the max you can turn in an hour anyways. So I don’t think it would change the potential currency outflow, just make it easier on people who can only get on very sporadically. I get rewarding people for spending more time on the site, but I feel like the difficulty people have not being able to get on and spend hours grinding SC turns them off. And while that’s a whole other topic that has been covered already, I think just tweaking the fishing game just a bit could help alleviate this.
