Choose the amount of an item used on a wolf

It's incredibly annoying to lose all of an item when you could have easily split the amount the item had between other wolves. Not only does it make it harder for people having a difficult time trying to keep wolves from leaving but it will waste items on only one wolf. Of course items with 1 use will still be used up on one wolf but this applies to multiple use items.

Adding this helps people plan what to do with items and how they would split the item between wolves who need it

I thought you could already do this in hoard?
