Can wolves earn scars through hunting and/or scouting?

I know lead wolves can acquire scars from battling, but is that the only way to get them? Would be cool if other wolves could earn scars on their own, but I've never gotten a scar from anything other than trading so I'm not sure. |

Right now no, only lead wolves can get them through battling. But when scars were introduced, devs said that battling won't be the only way to get scars, so we can suppose that they have plans for another way of getting them that will be added in the future. |
