The Rivals - Roleplay

Luna eyes flickered with anger for a brief moment but she managed to stomp it down, "no I wasn't absent, I know the rules state no pets. I had arranged for my parents to come take care of Luka and my cat Opal but Luka must have snuck into my backpack when I wasn't looking" she stated calmly then she nodded, "I understand Miss Sinclaire" she said before turning on her heel to head back to the cabin and text her parents to come get Luka.

Damien shrugged, "well good but I highly doubt you can go through camp without interacting with the rest of us, I doubt the headmaster will allow it, sides making new friends and trying new thing can be good for you. I mean my dad had me try playing guitar and now Im a pretty decent guitar player" he said

Sinclaire took a deep breath. "After you give Luka to your parents, show me a picture of him!" She called, grinning slightly. "Kids these days." Turning, she continued unpacking her bags.

Luna heard the call and smirked, "I will" she called back. Once she made it to the cabin and into her room she awwed when she found Luka sleeping on her bed, sleeping softly. She pulled out her phone and quickly texted her parents that they needed to come pick up Luka as quickly as possible and directions to the camping grounds. Her mom texted not to long after that they would be about an hour

Hearing stirring in Luna's room, Celeste opened her door and peeked into Luna's room. "Did you talk to Headmaster Sinclaire?" She asked, glancing at the sleeping Luka. "What happened? Tell me everything."

Luna nodded, "I talked to her and explained everything. She was angry but I had texted my parents too. She said I should get my parents to get Luka and warned me that she wont be that forgiving if it happens again" she said a smile as she reached a hand out to stroke Luka, "my parents will be about an hour"

Celeste's eyebrow shot up in surprise. "Sinclaire must've been in a good mood," She said, looking at Luna with something like respect. "You're lucky. I once heard that a kid brought his pet cat on a trip once, and she made him walk all the way home!" A giggle escaped her mouth. 

Aspen walked over to Oliver's door, raising a hand and knocking on it gently.

"Oliver..? I've taken all of my things out and I'm ready to start doing some things if you are. I'm also content with just hanging around for a bit." Basically, I just want to spend time with you after stressing my limits. He thought to himself, biting the corner of his lip.

Looking down at his phone, he skipped a few songs before putting it back in his pocket, readjusting his white and black headphones around his neck.

Grayson jumped as Veles walked out of his room, trying to steady the sudden increase in his heartbeat. Why did he have to get startled so easily? His blue eyes followed the other male as he walked over to a chair, settling down on its armrest.

He looked down at the ground as he asked him another question, pondering whether he should sit down as well or not. His legs weren't that tired. He'd be fine...

His eyes widened slightly at Veles' words, and they quickly shot up to look at him, a somewhat dumbfounded look on his face. Was it that easy to tell?

"Well..." he started quietly, then cleared his throat and spoke a little louder. "I do really enjoy swimming, yes. I'm looking forward to any activities involving water." He gave Veles a little grin, feeling a tad bit less awkward.

Eileen stretched her arms over her head as the chatter and bustle around the new grounds slowly began to settle down. More people went into their cabins and would probably stay there until they were called out.

Her eyes traveled along each of the cabins, humming softly. Settling on one, she picked up her suitcase and walked over to it, opening the door.

She saw that three of the doors were already closed, but one was open. Maybe this was the perfect one after all. She'd see, though.

"Hello?" She called, a wide smile on her face, her faint Australian accent shining through a little. "Is there one extra spot for me to snag here?"

Just as she finished up her unpacking, there was a voice from outside the room, one that didn't belong to either of her roommates. Nora was the first to greet the new girl, stepping out into the wall with a friendly smile gracing her face. "Hey! You're in luck, we have one room left, if you wanna claim it."

She stood for a moment, studying her, before remembering to introduce herself. "My name is Nora, by the by. What's yours?" She couldn't recall ever seeing this girl around school before -- or Nadia and their other roommate, for that matter. Maybe they all just hung out with very different groups.

Oliver peeked out of his room, flashing a quick smile at Aspen. "I'm almost done unpacking," He said, gesturing to his room. "I'll be with you later, okay?" Turning to slip the rest of his clothes back in the drawers, he took a deep breath.

Violet heard the commotion in the front hall and took a deep breath. She was going to keep the promise she made to her mother. Opening her door, she ignored the wild trembling in her fingers as she stepped in full view of the two girls. "H-hello," She said, nodding to the new girl. "You can...take the new room if you'd like." Glancing at the other girl, she dipped her head in greeting before dashing into her room. She'd done it!

Aspen nodded and looked over at the neutral seating area. He could gather himself up there while he waited.

He walked over to one of the seemingly comfy chairs and sat down, leaning back with a relieved sigh. It was comfy. His eyes fluttered a little, but he made sure to keep himself awake.

Of course, he didn't want to fall asleep when Oliver was almost done packing. Plus, he wasn't sure if he felt... well, not unsafe, but just not comfortable enough to close his eyes in this new environment.

Eileen smiled as a girl stepped out to greet her, as well as a second coming out of her room for a few moments to say hello. She waved to the second girl as she disappeared back inside.

She turned her pale blue eyes to Nora, closing the main door of the cabin behind her as she took a few more steps in. "Nice name! Mine is Eileen Bardot." She said happily, glad to be getting a pretty warm welcome so far.

She then pointed at the room with an open door. "Is that the free room?" She inquired, proceeding to brush some of her auburn hair behind her ears.
